OFF SEASON TRAINING GUIDE:
Warm Up:
Light jog (2-3 min)
High knees
Butt kickers
Frankenstein walk
Lunges with a twist
Skipping (for height)
Bounding (skipping for distance, airtime)
Cararoke
Ankle rolls (right, left, toe stays on ground)
Forward bend w/legs shoulder width apart
Stretch to right ankle
Back to middle
Stretch to left ankle
Back to middle
Catcher's squat
Quad stretch (right, left)
Big arm circles (front, back)
Arm across chest
Arm over behind head (like patting your back)
Full Body Workout:
15 Push Ups
15 Sit ups
10 Burpees
45 Second Plank
45 Second Wall Sit
20 Wall Push Ups
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Standing Broad Jumps
1 min. rest between sets. Repeat 5 times.
